Sage Mug
No. 14

SKU · OM-014

Handthrown on the wheel in Daniel's studio on Smith Street. Each mug is slightly different — no two are the same shape, no two are the same weight. The sage glaze comes from a recipe he's been refining for three years. Food safe, dishwasher safe, and better with coffee than any mug you've ever owned.

Daniel's hands at the wheel
A note from the maker
This glaze took me fourteen attempts to get right. I wanted something that looked different in morning light than in the evening. The sage changes — sometimes it reads green, sometimes almost grey. That's the whole point.

"Arrived beautifully wrapped in kraft paper with a handwritten note. The glaze is exactly as described — it really does look different depending on the light. My morning coffee tastes better."

"Worth every dollar. You can feel the handwork — it has a weight to it that mass-produced mugs never have. Daniel replied to my message in 20 minutes. Rare."

"I bought two — one for me, one as a gift. My friend cried a little. That's not something that happens with mugs."

"Stunning piece — took 8 days to arrive (I expected 5–7), but Daniel sent a personal update on day 6 to let me know. That kind of care makes it worth the wait."
