Welcome to Tongraal, a curated marketplace for independent physical shops in the United States. By using tongraal.com you agree to these terms.
1. What Tongraal is
Tongraal connects buyers with verified, physical, owner-operated shops. Every shop listed has a real storefront at a real address, verified by hand — including a match against street-level map imagery and an identity check of the owner.
2. Shop eligibility — the non-negotiables
- Your shop must be a physical store with a US address customers can visit.
- You must be the owner or operator, personally involved in running it.
- No dropshipping. No reselling of mass-market catalogs. No listings without a storefront.
- Misrepresenting your shop results in immediate, permanent removal.
3. Applications & verification
Shop applications are reviewed manually. We verify the storefront against the address provided and check the owner's government-issued ID. We may decline any application at our discretion, and we'll always tell you why. Submitted IDs are handled per our privacy policy.
4. Purchases & payments
When purchasing launches, payments will be processed by Stripe. Buyers pay shops directly through the platform; Tongraal collects a commission on each sale (communicated to shops before listing). Shops are responsible for fulfilling orders, accurate product descriptions, and their own tax obligations.
5. Subscriptions & fees
Shops may choose a paid plan with additional features. Plans are billed monthly, can be cancelled anytime, and pricing is shown before any commitment. A transaction fee applies to sales, as displayed at application time.
6. Content
Shops retain ownership of their photos and text, and grant Tongraal a license to display them on the platform and in editorial features. Tongraal may decline or remove content that is misleading, unlawful, or inconsistent with the platform's values.
7. Liability
Tongraal is a marketplace facilitator. Contracts of sale are between buyer and shop. We work hard to verify shops, but we are not a party to transactions and provide the platform "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
