When you sell through Tongraal, we take a 10% transaction fee (payment processing included). No listing fees, no photo fees, no "marketing fees". Founding shops pay 0% for their first 90 days. You always see exactly what you earn before you list.

Why is Plus so cheap compared to other platforms?

Because we're building this with you, not on your back. We'd rather have 100 real shops paying a fair price than 20 paying an inflated one. The price may rise for new shops later — founding shops keep their conditions.

Can I really cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly billing, cancel in one click from your dashboard, no questions, no retention scripts. Your profile stays live on the Free plan.

What does "verified" actually mean?

A real person matched your storefront to your address on Street View and checked your ID. Read exactly how on the verification page.

When do payments and online sales open?

Online checkout (powered by Stripe) opens with our first wave of verified shops. Founding shops are onboarded personally, one by one — that's the point of the first 100.
